Infinite Ties launches CAS training program

Infinite Ties, a client advisory services education and training platform, launched a yearlong learning track designed for professionals working in CAS.

The Staff and Senior Certification Program aims to create a community of CAS professionals and to fill the training gap in the accounting profession for CAS staff and seniors.

“We’ve experienced firsthand that because CAS professionals are often required to be immediately billable, there’s been little time or capacity for proper training,” Christine Triantos, founder of Infinite Ties, said in a statement. “Most existing CAS education is theoretical. This program is different — it’s practical, interactive and built with real-world application at its core.”

The program includes 48 hours of instruction delivered over 12 months, self-paced video modules paired with a sandbox environment for real-time practice, one-hour-long monthly live discussions with peers, and regular quizzes and testing. The training topics include accounting fundamentals, financial statement mastery, talent and development leadership, CAS technology and automation, communication and client service, and operational best practices.

“This certification goes beyond traditional education — it’s about empowering CAS professionals to step confidently into advisory, the fastest-growing area in accounting,” Deneen Dias, cofounder and chief revenue officer at Infinite Ties, said in a statement. “Firms consistently tell us they’re struggling to train their teams quickly enough to meet the rising demand for advisory services from both existing and new accounting clients. This program bridges that gap by preparing staff and seniors with the skills they need to lead.”

The program launches August 28. Participants must be from an accounting firm that is a member of the Infinite Tues community in order to register.
